The project aims to: Develop an after school program composed by 7 workshops for personal development among the 30 young people aged 13-18 years from Varbilau and Slanic, Prahova.
2 working groups made up of 43 young people aged 13-18 years who attend workshops in order to develop their life skills. Workshop topics targeting the social, emotional, behavioral, cognitive and equal opportunities dimensions, active and European citizenship, community involvement and volunteering.
Methods used: Human bingo, group / team exercises, boardgames, debates, open discussions and case studies, drawings and paintings on fabric, storytelling, the 6 Thinking Hats method, open space, videos and energizers and ice breaking exercises, for evaluation- blobs trees, image-Dixit, reflection groups and so on.
The project promotes volunteering and non-formal learning and non-formal education day in rural area.
The project is co-funded by the European Commission throught Youth in Action Programme, sub-Action 1.2 Youth Initiatives.
